NOTICE: Those who have already held a Visitor Visa/Resident Visa at the time of application. If they would like to change the status of visa to pursue study at TTU without leaving the country. The approval or denial of visa applications are subject to The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the office reserves the right to deny visa application under certain circumstances. If been denied, applicants must exit the country to apply for a student resident visa at a Taiwan's consulate.

Application for Chinese-taught programs: Please submit a Test of Chinese as a Foreign Language (TOCFL) certificate at Basic Level (Level 2) or Hanyu Shuiping Kaoshi (HSK) Level 4 certificate, or an internationally accepted certificate of an equivalent level.
Application for English-taught programs: Please submit an English language proficiency certificate equivalent to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) level B1 or above.

TTU Scholarship Application

1. Applicants shall not receive scholarships from any other R.O.C. government agencies.

1. TTU Enrollment Scholarship:

TTU Enrollment Scholarship is offered for All degrees applicants. You don’t need to apply for this scholarship. International students will automatically be considered for Admission Scholarship when applying for admission.

2. TTU Outstanding Scholarship:

TTU Outstanding Scholarship is offered for Master's degree applicants. To be considered, please tick "YES, I would like to apply for the scholarship" and must list the following items for the evaluation process. Applicants who have been awarded the TTU Outstanding Scholarship will not receive the TTU Admission Scholarship at the same time.

DO NOT apply if you are not applying for Master's degree.
