Emphasizing both learning and sports, Tin-Shin Building, which will begin construction next year, will have multiple floors dedicated to sports facilities. These include badminton courts, basketball courts, and a catwalk for spectating and running. The building will also have well-equipped washroom facilities, and the construction materials and specifications will meet competition standards, providing a brand-new and safe sports venue for the entire university.

      According to the latest plans, the badminton courts will be located on the high-ceilinged lower ground floor, surrounded by a catwalk for running. The rooftop will feature an open-air basketball court with a stylish steel structure design, situated on a high floor, providing a panoramic view of the city. President Her, Ming-Guo encourages students to cultivate healthy exercise habits and hopes that the entire school will make good use of these sports facilities, integrating sports and learning into their daily lives.

      Before the completion of the new sports facilities in the new building, the university has renovated the ninth floor of the San-Chih Building. The floor has been refurbished, walls repainted, and a comprehensive sports space has been created with a basketball court, a volleyball court, and three badminton courts. The gym will remain open for use.

      To minimize disruptions during construction, a new tennis court will be established near the Comprehensive Building. Renovations are scheduled to start next semester, ensuring that tennis activities and classes continue without interruption until the completion of the new building.

      The Tin-Shin Building will adopt green building methods and is expected to be completed in 2026. In addition to the badminton and basketball courts, it will also feature smart multi-functional classrooms, an international conference hall, a café, a bookstore, and more. With the presence of Incubating companies, it will form a green corridor with the Expo Park, connecting academic energy to the Neihu Technology Park, providing teachers and students with a more comprehensive learning and activity space.
