TTU scholars listed as World’s Top 2% Scientists by Stanford

    Stanford University has recently published the World’s Top 2% Scientists ranking of 2020. The ranking is based on Scopus database with the indicators of citations, h-index, co-authorship adjusted hm-index, citations to papers in different authorship positions, and a composite indicator. Moreover, the top 2% of scientists are selected from approximately 7 million scientists around the world based on two databases, namely Top 2% Most Influential Scientists (Career Impact) (1960-2020) and 2020 Single Year World’s Top 2%. The two databases cover five domains, including Applied Sciences, Health Sciences, Natural Sciences, Economic & Social Sciences, and Arts & Humanities.
    The academic community at Tatung University has made a magnificent contribution to various academic fields. Dr. Mei-Fang Chen , a Professor of Department of Business Management; Dr. Min-Hsing Chang and Dr. Guan-Chun Luh, both of them are Professors of Department of Mechanical and Materials Engineering, and Dr. Wen-Fu Lee , an Emeritus Professor of Department of Chemical Engineering and Biotechnology, are named in the World’s Top 2% Scientists list. In addition, Dr. Mei-Fang Chen has ranked among Career-long and 2020 Single Year World’s Top 2% Scientists.
