學雜費退費標準 (以校定行事曆標準辦理) Tuition refund policy (based on each academic calendar)

The refund regulations for tuition and related fees for students who are approved for a leave of absence or have withdrawn from courses are as follows
學生經核准休學或退選者,其所繳各項費用退還規定如下
 
If you submit a request to suspend/withdraw from your course after enrollment, the tuition refund policy is as follows:
如果您在註冊後提出休學學業申請,學費退費政策如下
     
1. Students who officially suspend/withdraw from the university prior to ⅓ of the first semester will be eligible for a refund of ⅔ tuition fees.
依行事曆規定全校上課開始日之後未逾學期三分之一者,所繳學雜費退還三分之二。
2. Students who officially suspend/withdraw from the university between ⅓ and  ⅔ of the first semester will be eligible for a refund of ⅓  tuition refund.
逾三分之一未逾三分之二者,所繳學雜費退還三分之一。
3. Students who officially suspend/withdraw from the university later than ⅔ of the first semester will not be eligible for any tuition fee refund.
逾三分之二者,所繳學雜費一律不予退還。
