1. Graduation and Leaving School Procedures 畢業離校手續

Date: July 8, 2024 to September 9, 2024 (8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.; 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.)

辦理期間: 2024年7月8日 至 2024年9月9日(上午 8:00 - 12:00;下午 1:00 - 4:00)

  • Bachelor’s degree students 學士班學生 

The grade of courses you’ve taken in the current semester should have a formal record in the school system.

Date: From July 8, 2024, to September 9, 2024 (until the first day of the 2024-2025 academic year)

當學期所修課程之成績須已登錄學校系統

時間: 113年7月8日~113年9月9日

  • Master’s and Ph.D. degree students 碩博士班學生 

The result of the oral examination should have a formal record in the school system. Also, you should not take any courses in the current semester or the grade of courses taken in the current semester should have a formal record in the school system.

Date: From July 8, 2024, to September 9, 2024 (until the first day of the 2024-2025 academic year)

須當學期論文口試成績已登錄且本學期無修課或本學期課程成績已登錄

時間:113年7月8日~113年9月9日(直到 2024-2025 學年第一天)

  • 延畢生(含學、碩、博士班學生) Bachelor’s, Master’s and Ph.D. students who delay graduation

According to Tatung University School Regulations, you will be awarded a degree certificate once you have met all graduation criteria and completed the requirements for your awards.

Date: From April 2024 to September 9, 2024 (until the first day of the 2024-2025 academic year)

依大同大學學則規定:延畢生已修畢規定科目與學分,並符合畢業條件,經考核成績合格者,得於其符合畢業條件之月份發給學位證書。

時間:自113年4月至113年9月9日(直到 2024-2025 學年第一天)

2. Online School-Leaving procedures 辦理畢業離校程序(採線上進行簽核)

**Please follow the steps below for Online School-Leaving procedures:

  • Bachelor Students 學士班學生

  • Log in to the Student Information System → “School-leaving system” column →  Complete the School-leaving Process (9 steps)

登入學生校園資訊系統畢業離校系統→完成離校手續(共九步驟)

  • Please fill in your personal information (step 1 to step 5)

學生必填資料 (步驟一到步驟五)

  • Step 6: Receiving your degree certificate (pick up in person or by post)

第六步:畢業證書領取:請選擇親自領取或郵寄。

  • Pickup in person: Please collect it at school.

親自領取者:請到校領取。

  • By post: Please ensure the posting address is correct. If it fails to deliver, students have to collect it in person.

學校郵寄者:請同學務必將收件之地址書寫清楚,若屆時畢業證書遭退回學校,同學再親自到校領取。

  • The Registration Section sends out batches of certificates once a week. If there is an urgent case, please collect it in person.

對於證書郵寄時間,註冊組每週寄發一次。(若有急件,請親自或委託他人到校領取)

  • Online School-leaving Procedures: Fill in your personal information and the way of degree certificate receiving→Tutor→Chairman of the department→Registration Section

線上進行簽核程序:畢業學生填寫資料及證書領取方式→導師→系主任→註冊組

  • 碩博士班學生 Master’s and Ph.D. degree students:

  • Log in to the Student Information System → “School-leaving system” column →  Complete the School-leaving Process

學生應辦事項 (必填資料)

  • Hand in the dissertation to the library: Master’s and Ph.D. students have to hand in the dissertation both hard copy and soft copy.

​​​​​​​學位論文繳交圖書館:碩博在職研究生於畢業時須完成紙本論文與電子論文之繳交作業。

  • Receiving your degree certificate (pick up in person or by post)

​​​​​​​​​​​​​​畢業證書領取:請選擇親自領取或郵寄。

Please note:注意事項:​​​​​​​

  • Students of Master’s and Ph.D. programs, please submit an electronic version of your thesis to TTU Library E-thesis System. In addition, you need to submit a printed copy of your thesis to the library.

​​​​​​​​​​​​​​碩、博士、在職班之論文電子檔先行上傳至本校圖書館數位論文系統,論文紙本另繳交至圖書館。

  • Tatung University Graduate Thesis Originality Check: Graduate students must complete the "Turnitin Originality Check" when processing their withdrawal. Please visit the university library website and follow the instructions provided at the following: https://library.ttu.edu.tw/p/412-1015-2290.php.

​​​​​​​大同大學研究生論文原創性比對:研究生在辦理退學手續時,必須完成「Turnitin原創性比對」。請造訪大學圖書館網站並按照以下連結中的指示操作:https://library.ttu.edu.tw/p/412-1015-2290.php.  

  • ​​​​​​​Please ensure the spelling of your name in English is correct as it will be displayed on your degree certificate.

​​​​​​​​​​​​​​學籍資料應填寫英文名字,以利畢業證書製作。

  • A fee may be charged for name error corrections.

​​​​​​​​​​​​​​學生領取學位證書時發現有誤,要求資料變更,需繳交作業處理費。
