① 完成入學意願回覆　Complete Enrollment Intention Reply

錄取學生須依規定完成以下程序

1️⃣

【正取生】須於 2026年6月26日23:59 (台灣時間) 前完成就讀意願回覆。

【獲通知遞補之備取生】本校將於 2026年7月3日(五) 另行發送「正式遞補錄取通知信」，請依「遞補錄取通知信」中所寫的截止日期前完成回覆就讀意願。

若於上述時間後未收到任何 Email 通知，即代表本次招生名額已滿，未遞補成功，本校將不另行通知。 感謝您的理解與配合。2026.07.02 更新

未完成意願回覆者，將視同放棄入學資格，無法進入後續作業程序。

2️⃣ 上傳入學文件

請依系統指示上傳以下文件：

  • 畢業證書及成績單（經驗證版本）
  • 已簽名之入學錄取報到單 (點此下載)

3️⃣ 郵寄資料填寫

請提供正確郵寄地址，以利寄送正式用印之入學許可文件。紙本入學許可預計於2026年7月上旬後寄出（備取遞補生之文件將依實際報到時間個別處理與寄送）。

 

重要說明：

  • 本校將於完成「就讀意願回覆」及文件審核後，始核發正式用印之入學許可文件。
  • 錄取學生辦理報到及註冊手續時，須繳交下列文件：

(1) 畢業證書正本及成績單正本

(2)經我國駐外館處驗證之畢業證書影本及成績單影本

以上文件查驗後歸還，始得註冊入學。

Admitted students are required to complete the following procedures. 

1️⃣

【Regularly admitted students 】must complete the reply by June 26, 2026, 23:59 (GMT+8).

【Waitlisted students who received the admission notification】 Students who are successfully admitted from the waiting list will receive an official "Notification of Admission" via email on July 3, 2026. Please complete it by the individual deadline stated in your notification email. 

If you do not receive an email confirmation after this date, it means the admission quota has been filled and you were not admitted. No further individual notices will be sent. Thank you for your understanding. 2026.07.02 update

Students who do not complete this step will not proceed to the following admission procedures.

2️⃣ Upload Required Documents

Please upload the following documents as instructed:

  • Verified Diploma and Academic Transcript
  • The Statement of Registration Intention with your signature on it. Download Here

3️⃣ Mailing Information Submission

Please provide a valid mailing address for sending the official stamped admission documents. Hardcopy admission letters are expected to be mailed out starting early July 2026. (For waitlisted students who are newly admitted, your documents will be processed and mailed individually based on your registration date.)

 

Important Note:

  • The official stamped admission letter will be issued only after completion of the enrollment intention reply and document verification process.
  • Admitted students must submit the following documents upon registration:

(1) Original diploma and official transcripts.
(2) Verified photocopies of the diploma and transcripts (by a Taiwan Overseas Representative Office / TETO).

Note: All original documents will be returned after verification. Successful verification is required for enrollment.

請務必依照日程表內所列時程完成各項作業，未依規定完成報到者，將視同放棄入學資格。

Admitted students are required to carefully review the “Important Schedule for New International Students,” which includes visa application, pre-arrival preparation, dormitory arrangements, health examination, and registration procedures.

Important Note:

All students must complete the procedures according to the schedule provided. Failure to complete registration on time will be considered a withdrawal of admission.

④ 獎學金資訊（含獲獎名單公告） Scholarship Information & Award List

本校依招生審查結果核定外國學生獎學金，獲獎名單如下。

 

🎓 獎學金類別說明

A. 優秀／菁英獎學金

適用對象：

  • 經審查錄取之碩士班/博士班申請者

說明：

  • 獎學金核發期間為一學年
  • 次年須依規定重新申請
  • 續領資格依學業表現及學校規定審查

 

🎓 B. 就學獎學金

適用對象：

  • 大學部學生
  • 未獲優秀／菁英獎學金之研究生

說明：

  • 完成註冊後核發
  • 無須額外申請（符合資格者）

 

⚠ 重要規定

  • 所有獎學金僅核發一學年
  • 研究生（碩、博士班）次年起須於每學期/學年結束前重新提出獎學金申請。
  • 續領須符合學業及相關規定
  • 領取政府獎學金者不得重複領取本校獎學金

The university has approved scholarships for admitted international students based on admission review results. The award list is shown below.

 

🎓 Scholarship Categories

A. Outstanding/ Elite Scholarship

For qualified admitted students based on admission review.

  • Award period: One academic year
  • Renewal application required
  • Renewal is subject to academic performance and university regulations

 

🎓 B. Enrollment Scholarship

For:

  • Undergraduate students
  • Graduate students not awarded Outstanding/ Elite Scholarship
  • Granted after registration
  • No separate application required

 

⚠ Important Regulations

  • Scholarships are awarded for one academic year only
  • Graduate students (Master's & Ph.D.) must re-apply for the scholarship for the subsequent year.
  • Renewal depends on academic performance and regulations
  • Students receiving government scholarships are not eligible for duplicate awards
